Good Times Café 好时光

Good Times Cafe was founded by six siblings of the Yap Family, who wanted to re-create the most comforting food memories of their childhood. Each dish in our menu represents a family recipe contributed by the Yap siblings as well as our neighbours and relatives in our hometown of Segamat. At Good Times, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our ingredients. Every meal cooked with love, less oil, less salt, and zero MSG, so you savour the taste of home. You must try our Signature Duck Egg Kaya which is cooked the traditional way over a charcoal fire.

《好时光》是由叶家六姐弟成立，志在把小时候所吃的，所怀念的，舌尖上的味道一一地经典回味一番。在这里，您可以藉着我们经典重现的食物，寻找旧时的回忆，一解相思情。我们的餐牌，有许多人物的出现。这些主要都是叶家姐妹在昔加末小镇生活的人物，他们都是我们的味蕾启蒙老师。每一道菜，每一盘糕点，都可以从酌量份量中揭发惊喜，这就是小日子里的美好时光。在好时光，我们确保所有食材都是良心食品，我们放不进口的，我们不卖。每一道食物都是厨娘的爱心，少油，少盐，零味精，让您真正感受家的味道。很多食物我们都不辛劳苦和成本，就是要保持那古早味，比如我们的经典鸭蛋迦耶，是不断用人手搅拌加以碳火慢慢的熬制2小时而成的。绝对是诚意十足的古早味食馆。
