Cross Fit

CrossFit Johor Bahru is an affiliate of CrossFit Inc. in the US. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning training for teenagers to seniors. We focus on full-body style exercise because we believe that our body works together as a unit. Our training includes high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and strongman. Our core belief is working out together as a community and supporting each other along the way. In CrossFit, the last person gets the loudest cheer because our goals are the same, to be stronger and healthier than yesterday.
